Puppy Purchase Form

Please ensure you have consent from your family/partner/landlord and have considered any upcoming holidays or other commitments prior to submitting a purchase application form. 

A $500 non refundable holding deposit will be required once you have viewed the puppy in person or via video call.

Microchip ID papers, vaccination certificate, change of ownership papers and info sheet will be supplied to the new owner upon pick up.
